State - Place - Work Available or Work Wanted - Title
For a job as a waiter in an Adelaide restaurant you'd post something like:
SA - Adelaide - Work Available - Waiter Needed At Star X Chow!
That way people can see at a quick glance what jobs apply to them.
If you were looking for a job as a waiter, and you didn't mind where in the country you worked, you'd drop the state and town and post something like:
Work Wanted - Looking For Job As Waiter: Can Sing and Do Magic Tricks!
