State - Place - What You Want - Title. What you want should stick to the terms Investor, Working Partner and Wanted.
If you were a chocolate company in Mittagong NSW looking for an investor, you'd put something like:

That way people can see at a quick glance what posts apply to them.
If you were looking for a company to invest in, and it didn't matter where in the country the business was, you could leave out the state and town and post something like this:
Investor - Wants To Sink Funds Into Business Offering Fresh Food To Go!
